Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Barito Kuala Regency 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents in the 2024 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing the 2024 SKD is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support the improvement of the quality of statistical data and information. The results of the 2024 SKD are presented in the form of a publication containing an analysis of consumer characteristics, data needs analysis, data quality satisfaction analysis, and service unit performance analysis. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and an Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK). The scope of the 2024 SKD results analysis is the BPS PST of Barito Kuala Regency.
