Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in the 2021 SKD are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Service (PST) unit face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter , websites, and online statistical services. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD2020 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the 2021 SKD are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is equipped with a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
