Abstract

• The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in South Kalimantan in March 2019 was 54.43 percent, up 7.30 points compared to the February 2019 TPK which was 47.13 percent. Compared to the March 2018 TPK which amounted to 66.17 percent, the March 2019 TPK fell by 11.74 points.

• Average Length of Stay (RTLM) of foreign and domestic (domestic) guests in star hotels in March 2019 is 1.58 nights, up 0.17 nights. When compared to the same period of the previous year, which was March 2018 which amounted to 1.85 nights, the RTLM in March 2019 had decreased by 0.27 nights.

• The number of air transport passengers departing through the airport in South Kalimantan during March 2019 was 131,682 people, up 11.14 percent from last month. The number of passengers arriving through the airport in South Kalimantan during March 2019 was 136,438 people, up 11.16 percent compared to February 2019.
