Abstract

• In December 2018 the Kalimantan Selatan NTP was 95.43, up 0.09 percent compared to the November 2018 NTP which reached 95.33. The increase in NTP is due to the index of prices received by farmers (It), up 0.87 percent, higher than the increase in the price index paid by farmers (Ib) of 0.78 percent.

• In December 2018 in rural areas of Kalimantan Selatan there was inflation of 0.94 percent, where the price index of the entire group rose from 0.05 to 1.86 percent.

• The exchange rate of Agriculture Household Business (NTUP) in Kalimantan Selatan in December 2018 was 103.36 or increased by 0.60 percent compared to NTUP in the previous month which reached 102.75.

• The average price of Dry Grain Harvest (GKP) quality at the farmer level rose 5.05 percent, from Rp 4,908.95 per Kg in November 2018 to Rp 5,156.69 per kg in December 2018. Likewise the price of grain in the milling rate rose 4.82 percent from Rp. 5,008.62 per kg in November 2018 to Rp. 5,250 per kg in December 2018.
